The Role

Join MiCare as an Enrolled Nurse and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. Working under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, you'll deliver high-quality, person-centred care, monitor residents' health, administer medications, and contribute to individualised care plans in a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver safe, person-centred care within the Enrolled Nurse scope of practice.
- Monitor, document and report changes in residents' health.
- Administer medications under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Assist with the development and implementation of resident care plans.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team.
- Support a positive, professional and resident-focused care environment.

What You'll Bring

- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
- Diploma of Nursing or equivalent qualification.




- Knowledge of the NMBA Enrolled Nurse Standards for Practice.
- Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and AN-ACC.
- Strong clinical, communication and documentation skills.
- A compassionate, resident-centred approach with the ability to work collaboratively in a culturally diverse environment.
