Job Description:
We are looking for an EUC L1 Engineer to provide onsite end-user IT support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide desktop and laptop support.
- Troubleshoot Windows OS, Outlook, and Microsoft Office issues.
- Install and configure software and hardware.
- Resolve printer, scanner, and peripheral issues.
- Perform basic LAN/Wi-Fi/network troubleshooting.
- Deliver excellent onsite technical support to end users.
Requirements:
- Experience in EUC/Desktop Support or IT Helpdesk.
- Valuable knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently at the client site.
Work Schedule:
- 2 days per week (Fixed Schedule)
- Total 8 onsite visits per month
