Location: Midland, Western AustraliaWe are a well-established and client-focused law firm based in Midland seeking an experienced and motivated lawyer to join our team on a part time basis.This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment, assisting a diverse client base across wills and estates and family law matters.
About the Role You will manage your own files and provide practical, compassionate and commercially sound legal advice in areas including:
- Wills and estate planning
- Probate and letters of administration
- Estate administration
- Estate disputes (desirable)
- Family law matters, including parenting and property settlements
- Client consultations and file management
- Court appearances where required
About You
The successful applicant will:
- Hold an unrestricted practising certificate in Western Australia.
- Have at least 2 years' post-admission experience (preferred) in wills, estates and/or family law.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Be able to manage files independently while working collaboratively within a small team.
- Have strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Be committed to providing exceptional client service with empathy and professionalism.
