HUMAN RESOURCES ADVISER is required by BEYOND SMILES DENTAL at its head office in Kardinya WA to provide staffing and personnel administration services to our chain of dental surgeries in support of human resource policies and programs. The HR Adviser will ensure an equitable work culture exists, whilst focusing on inclusion of employees of diverse backgrounds.
The skill level required is a level of skill commensurate with a bachelor’s degree or higher qualification. At least five years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualification. At least 3 years of additional work experience is required once the skill level is met.
