Job Description:

Seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale industrial and commercial Design & Construct projects across Australia.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage projects from design through to construction and handover.

- Lead multidisciplinary project teams, consultants, and subcontractors.

- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

- Oversee programme, procurement, commercial performance, risk, and stakeholder management.

- Drive constructability reviews, value engineering, and innovative project solutions.

- Maintain strong client relationships and provide leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

- 10+ years' project management experience within construction.

- Strong background delivering Design & Construct projects.

- Experience on industrial, logistics, warehouse, commercial, infrastructure, or heavy structural projects.





- Sound knowledge of Australian construction practices, contracts, and building regulations.

- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex project programmes.

- Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
