B2J Group is seeking a reliable, physically fit, and hardworking Dispatcher / Production Labourer to join our busy benchtop manufacturing facility in Smithfield. This is a hands-on role working alongside a strong and supportive production team, assisting with the preparation, handling, dispatch, and movement of stone benchtops and materials to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

- Pay Rate Starts from $36 per hour higher depending on experience
- Full time ongoing hours – early finish on Fridays
- Long-term stable employment
- Hourly rate review within 3 months

Requirements:

- Must be physically fit and capable of carrying and handling heavy benchtops
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Previous factory, warehouse, manufacturing, or labouring experience

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced factory environment involving the production, handling, packing, and movement of heavy benchtops and materials.
