Xtreme Services Group is seeking a reliable and motivated Commercial Cleaner to join our growing team in Canberra.
This role is ideal for someone looking for consistent early morning work, with opportunities for additional hours across our expanding portfolio of commercial cleaning contracts.
About the Role
- Early morning shifts
- Approximately 3–4 hours per day (morning and/or afternoon)
- Monday to Friday with occassional weekend shifts available
- Immediate start available
- Potential for additional hours and weekend work
- Casual or Part-Time employment options available
- Paid in accordance with the Cleaning Services Award 2020
Key Duties
- General commercial cleaning
- Vacuuming, mopping and floor care
- Cleaning amenities, kitchens and common areas
- Waste removal and bin management
- Dusting and surface sanitisation
- Restocking consumables
- Completing cleaning checklists and reporting requirements
About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Be reliable, punctual and self-motivated
- Have a strong attention to detail
- Be physically fit and capable of manual work
- Be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Have good communication skills
- Be committed to delivering high standards of cleaning and customer service
Essential Requirements
- Current Australian Driver Licence
- Reliable transport
- Ability to pass a National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Full working rights in Australia
Desirable
- Previous commercial cleaning experience
- Knowledge of safe chemical handling and cleaning procedures
- Availability for additional shifts when required
