We are seeking a motivated and experienced Chef to join our busy kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals, maintaining excellent food safety standards, and contributing to a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, cook, and present high-quality meals in accordance with menu specifications and company standards.
- Maintain exceptional food quality, consistency, and presentation at all times.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety regulations.
- Manage stock rotation, storage, and inventory to minimise waste and maintain product quality.
- Monitor food costs and portion control to support kitchen profitability.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment.
- Work collaboratively with the management and front-of-house team to ensure seamless service.
- Perform efficiently in a fast-paced bar environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Assist with menu development, daily specials, and continuous improvement of kitchen operations.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and report any maintenance requirements promptly.
- Contribute to a positive,



professional, and team-oriented workplace culture.

Skills and Experience

- Previous experience as a Chef, Cook, or similar role in a busy commercial kitchen.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining food quality.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation requirements.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
