Working as part of our customer centric People, Performance & Culture team in our Nottinghill Office, this is a unique opportunity to use your strong coordination and engagement skills to help support and administrator user support, data maintenance, system administration tasks, and day-to-day operational activities.
Reporting to the People Advisory Business Partner, your responsibilities will include:
- Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) and other people related systems
- Manage user accounts, permissions and access across all people related systems
- Maintain high standards of data quality, accuracy and integrity across multiple systems
- Respond to user enquiries and provide system training and support
- Assist with troubleshooting system issues and escalate where required
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance system efficiency, user experience and data quality; and
- Provide support to the wider People, Performance & Culture team during peak periods.

The successful candidate will have:
- Relevant qualification in Human Resources, Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Previous experience in Administration role or systems support would be an advantage but not essential
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills, with proficiency in MS including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint is mandatory
- Exposure to and having a working knowledge of People systems (Learning Management Systems and HRIS) would be an advantage but not essential
- Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining data quality and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, volume-oriented workplace; and
- A collaborative team player with an appetite for learning and a passion for delivering quality outcomes.
