At Y Kinders, we believe every child has the right to access a quality early childhood education and care service that celebrates their individuality, community, and curiosity. Each of our services across Victoria reflects the unique community it belongs to — fostering a strong sense of belonging, connection, and identity.

As part of Victoria’s largest Early Years Management provider, we’re proud to support over 93 services and 700+ educators across the state who inspire, nurture, and empower young learners every day.

We’re now looking for casual Certificate III Educators — or someone who’s currently studying toward their qualification — to join our vibrant team and help create inspiring learning experiences for young children.

Where you’ll work

The close-knit communities that form the Buloke shire are home to the three Y Kinders listed below:

- Birchip Kindergarten
- Donald Kindergarten
- Wycheproof Kindergarten

Each service is well equipped with plenty of space for children to explore and a team of dedicated and dynamic educators always willing to support the children and each other each and every day.

What You’ll Do

As a valued member of our teaching team, you’ll:

- Support play-based learning programs that nurture each child’s growth and development

- Build warm, respectful relationships with children, families, and fellow educators

- Create safe, inclusive environments where every child feels seen, supported, and inspired





- Work collaboratively with your team to deliver exceptional education and care

What You’ll Bring

- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively studying toward it)

- A genuine interest in supporting children’s development and commitment to ongoing learning

- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)

- Excellent teamwork, communication, and reliability
