Reporting to the General Manager you will be required to ensure that all aspects of batching and delivery are carried out in a safe and efficient manner and in accordance with site requirements and procedures. Position offered are located in Moranbah, Queensland on a 14/7 roster.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Operate and maintain equipment according to all Hilands Plant Operation & Maintenance procedures and fault reporting systems

- Conduct pre-starts

- Accurate batching of orders to Hilands procedures and standards

- Deliver product to customer sites and maintain customer relationships

- Ensure all Hilands safety standards, policies & procedures are adhered to at all times

- Display professional conduct at all times whilst representing the company

- Maintain the vehicle in a clean and tidy condition, undertaking general housekeeping where required





- Assisting with general maintenance and cleaning requirements for batch plant and associated infrastructure

Minimum Requirements:

- HR/HC Class Drivers Licence with minimum two years experience

- An acceptable National Police Clearance

- Ability to pass a full Pre-Employment Medical

- Coal Board Medical

- Ability to work autonomously/independently with limited supervision

- Demonstrated abilities to work within a team setting

- Commitment to safety
