DCCS provides person-centred in-home and community support to NDIS participants across WA.
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Female Disability Support Worker to join our team. Applicants with Filipino cultural background or language skills are encouraged to apply.
About the Role
- Provide person-centred support, including personal care and assistance with daily living
- Support emotional wellbeing and community participation
- Follow individual support plans in line with NDIS Practice Standards
- Maintain accurate documentation including shift notes and incident reports
- Observe and report changes in participant health or behaviour
Essential Requirements
- Certificate III (or higher)
in Individual Support / Disability / Mental Health / Aged Care / Community Services
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Manual Handling Certificate
- Working With Children Check
- NDIS Worker Check
- Completion of NDIS mandatory modules
- Valid driver’s licence with a registered and insured vehicle
- Infection Control Certificate
- Medication, Diabetes, and related care certificates
