We’re looking for a passionate Physiotherapist with experience in Aged Care to join our Residential Care Services team on a casual/locum basis in Macksville, New South Wales. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in our clients' lives while gaining flexible, hands-on experience in a supportive and agile environment.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver clinical care to clients
- Communicate with residents, families, nursing staff, medical practitioners, allied health practitioners, case managers, and equipment suppliers
- Prescribe and review exercises, including leading exercise groups
- Collaborate with the broader clinical team and facility management to deliver tailored care
- Manage daily schedules effectively, including clinical and non-clinical tasks
- Participate in professional development and mentoring opportunities
- Deliver education sessions such as falls prevention and manual handling to staff

Qualifications & Skills:

- AHPRA General Registration
- Clinical skills to perform assessments, treatment, risk assessments, and mentor junior therapists
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
- Appropriate working visas, National Police Certificate, and NDIS/Working with Children Check
