Water Cart Operator – Civil Construction | Badgerys Creek NSW

360 Personnel are currently seeking an experienced Water Cart Operator for an ongoing role on a major civil construction project based in Badgerys Creek, NSW.

This is a great opportunity to join a well-established civil contractor working on a large-scale project with consistent hours and the potential for ongoing work.

About the Role

You will be responsible for operating a water cart safely and efficiently across a busy civil construction site, assisting with dust suppression, compaction support, and general site operations.

Duties Include

- Operating a water cart on a civil construction project
- Dust suppression across haul roads, work areas and site access points
- Watering for compaction and support of earthworks operations
- Conducting pre-start checks and basic maintenance of equipment
- Working closely with site supervisors and plant operators to ensure smooth site operations
- Following all site safety procedures and project requirements

To Be Successful, You Will Need

- Previous experience operating a water cart on civil construction sites
- Valid HR Licence or higher




- White Card
- Ability to complete daily pre-starts and basic machine checks
- Strong awareness of site safety and operating around other plant and personnel
- Reliable transport and a strong work ethic
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen if required

Highly Regarded

- Experience working on large civil or infrastructure projects
- Roller, loader or other plant tickets/licences
- Confined space, working at heights or other relevant civil tickets
