About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Authentic AI's Sydney, NSW team in a commission-based Business Development and Sales role. You'll be responsible for driving new business growth by introducing Authentic AI's cutting-edge AI solutions to prospective customers. With AI technology rapidly transforming industries, this role offers the chance to be at the forefront of innovation while earning through a performance-based commission structure.

What you'll be doing

- Field B2B Sales (This is not office based)
- Identify and qualify new sales leads through B2B, and referrals
- Engage with potential customers to understand their business challenges and requirements
- Demonstrate the capabilities of Authentic AI's products and services
- Negotiate and close new sales contracts
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities and provide accurate sales forecasting
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales and marketing strategies
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors and technological developments

What we're looking for

- Demonstrated experience in new business development, sales or a related field
- Strong understanding of the latest AI technologies and their applications across industries
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders




- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
