About the role
As a Job Coach, you'll work alongside participants to help them overcome barriers, build confidence and achieve sustainable employment.
Every participant's journey is different, which means every day brings new challenges, opportunities and rewarding moments.
You'll:
- Coach and motivate participants to achieve their employment goals.
- Build robust relationships with local employers and community organisations.
- Assist with resumes, job applications and interview preparation.
- Connect participants with training and support services.
- Support participants after they've started work to help ensure long-term success.
- Maintain accurate records while achieving meaningful performance outcomes.
We'd love to hear from you if you:
- Enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Are a natural problem solver with a positive attitude.
- Have experience in employment services, recruitment, customer service, sales, community services, disability support, education or case management.
- Can build trust quickly and communicate confidently.
- Hold a current Driver's Licence.
Most importantly, you'll genuinely care about helping people realise their potential.

Desired Skills and Experience
Essential: Working with Childrens Check. National Police Check. Demonstrated success in assisting people find work that may have low motivation and skills. Desirable: Drivers licence. Certificate IV in Employment Services. Ability to handle difficult situations and conflict.
