HAPPYSOUL CATERING PTY is looking for Skilled Chef De Partie to join our dedicated kitchen team to run our outlets located within Narrabri Golf Club at 116 Gibbons Street Narrabri NSW 2390 Australia

As a Chef De Partie KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef on menu planning, recipe testing, and cook-offs.
- Contribute to menu planning and stay updated on food trends and techniques.
- Liaise with managers and other staff regarding food preparation issues.
- Help train and support kitchen team members.
- You will also supervise Demi Chef, Commis Chefs, Cooks, and Kitchen Attendants,acting as a hands-on leader and role model within the team.
- Lead by example and work independently when required.




- Maintain high standards of quality and consistency.
- Monitor performance and train junior kitchen staff.
- Manage inventory and order food supplies.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

· Commercial Cookery or Kitchen Management & Dip of Hosp Mgmt. or 3 years Work Exp

· Must have 1 year experience in a similar role.

· Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.

· Positive attitude and solid team spirit

· Honest, humble, and results-driven
