360 Personnel are seeking a hardworking and safety‑focused General Labourer to join our galvanising operations in Newcastle. This role involves hands‑on labouring duties within an industrial environment and is suited to someone who is physically fit and reliable.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assisting in galvanising processes and production line operations
- Loading and unloading materials before and after galvanising
- Handling steel products and assisting machine operators
- General labouring, cleaning, and maintenance of work areas
- Following all workplace health, safety, and environmental procedures
- Supporting the team to ensure daily production targets are met
- Ability to work Monday to Friday
- Willingness to work overtime when required
- Must pass drug and alcohol testing
- Must successfully complete pre‑employment checks
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling
- Strong reliability, punctuality, and a positive work ethic
