These full time permanent roles offer a structured work week Monday - Friday, with eight-hour shifts between 8am-5:30pm .

Role Overview:

As a Contact Centre Agent , you will be the first point of contact for our patients.

Your responsibilities will include

- Answering phone calls for bookings across the Inner West region promptly and handling inquiries professionally.
- Provide empathetic support and guidance during phone interactions.
- Collaborate with other contact centre agents to meet service level targets.
- Building relationships with the technical and clerical teams, patients, and referrers.
Future potential to incorporate hybrid work from home options.

What we’re looking for:

✅ Solid communication skills, both verbal and written.

✅ A knack for organisation and managing appointments with ease.

✅ Comfort with using multiple systems and technology.

✅ Ability to relate to and communicate with a wide range of patients, drawing on your life experience to provide empathetic and understanding support.





Experience in a contact centre is not required – we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed, including support in understanding radiology processes.
