We are looking for a friendly, motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at our Claybourn DFO Jindalee store.
About the Role
As the face of the Claybourn brand, you will provide exceptional customer service. You'll enjoy working in a relaxed retail environment where product knowledge and genuine customer care are valued.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Assisting customers with product selection, sizing and styling.
- Processing sales through the point-of-sale system.
- Replenishing stock and maintaining attractive merchandise displays.
- Keeping the store clean, organised and well presented.
- Assisting with stocktakes and receiving deliveries.
- Achieving sales targets while creating an enjoyable shopping experience.
- Learning about our Australian-made products and sharing their unique features and benefits with customers.
What we're looking for
- Previous retail or customer service experience (preferred but not essential).
- A positive, enthusiastic and professional attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence working independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual and well presented.
- Basic computer and POS experience.
- Availability to work weekends, public holidays and additional shifts during busy trading periods.
