At Coastal Babysitters, we’re a premium babysitting agency supporting thousands of families across South East Queensland and Northern NSW.

From everyday babysitting and ongoing care to weddings, corporate events, hotel guests and school holiday programs, we connect families with experienced, trusted babysitters when they need them most.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Customer Experience & Bookings Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role

You’ll be one of the first people our families and babysitters connect with, so the experience you create really matters.

You’ll begin by learning the heart of our business, coordinating bookings, supporting families and babysitters, and creating the exceptional experience Coastal is known for.

While bookings will be your core focus initially, this role has plenty of opportunity to grow. As you become more confident, you’ll contribute ideas, improve the way we do things and support other areas of the business, including weddings, corporate childcare, school holiday programs, ongoing care and new projects.

This is a role for someone who enjoys variety, likes being busy, learns quickly and wants to be part of a growing business where they can make a genuine contribution.

What Your Days Could Look Like

No two days are exactly the same, but you might find yourself:

- Coordinating bookings and creating a seamless experience for families and babysitters.
- Speaking with families, babysitters and corporate clients to ensure every booking runs smoothly.
- Answering enquiries by phone, email and SMS.
- Solving last-minute challenges and finding practical solutions when plans change.
- Supporting weddings, corporate childcare events,



school holiday programs and ongoing care.
- Looking for opportunities to improve our systems, processes and customer experience.
- Working alongside the team on projects, new ideas and initiatives as Coastal continues to grow.

We’d Love to Hear From You If…

You have experience in a customer-focused role such as travel, hospitality, events, recruitment, retail leadership, account management, sales, bookings or another fast-paced environment where relationships and service matter.

Industry experience isn’t essential. We’re far more interested in your attitude, initiative, emotional intelligence and willingness to learn than whether you’ve worked in our industry before.
