Content & Retail Studio Assistant (Part-Time / Casual)

About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and reliable Studio Assistant who loves fashion, enjoys creating content, and can confidently support photoshoots while helping our studio run smoothly.

Content creation is at the heart of our business, so we're looking for someone who is confident taking photos and videos, works efficiently, communicates well, and takes initiative without needing constant direction.

If you're organised, quick to learn, comfortable using AI tools, and enjoy working in a fast-paced creative environment, we'd love to hear from you.

1. Photoshoots & Content Creation ⭐ (Primary Responsibility)

- Confidently take high-quality photos and videos using an iPhone.
- Assist independently during product photoshoots and video shoots.
- Capture behind-the-scenes content, Instagram Reels and product videos.
- Help style garments, jewellery and accessories for shoots.
- Prepare outfits before filming by steaming and organising garments.
- Suggest creative ideas for content and social media.
- Use AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, CapCut AI and Canva AI to improve content and productivity.
- Learn and adapt quickly to new content creation tools and workflows.

2. Customer & Studio Support

- Prepare the studio before customer appointments.
- Welcome and assist customers with a warm and professional attitude.
- Help showcase outfits and maintain a premium shopping experience.
- Maintain excellent presentation standards throughout the studio.
- Support live selling events and busy shopping days.

3. Order Fulfilment & Dispatch

- Print shipping labels.
- Carefully pack customer orders.
- Prepare parcels for courier collection.
- Track and organise outgoing shipments.




- Ensure orders are dispatched accurately and promptly.

4. Inventory & Studio Organisation

- Receive and unpack new stock.
- Tag and label products.
- Steam garments before display or dispatch.
- Maintain organised racks and storage areas.
- Assist with stocktakes and inventory management.

Bonus Skills

- Experience with Instagram, Facebook or TikTok content.
- Experience using ChatGPT, Canva AI, CapCut AI or similar tools.
- Basic photo or video editing.
- Retail, fashion or ecommerce experience.
