We are a specialist residential and remedial builder working across Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs and Inner West. We deliver complex renovations and remedial works for homeowners, architects, engineers and strata managers, and we do it with clear communication, disciplined systems and respect for the documentation.

The role

You'll take two or three projects and run them end to end, from handover of the contract through to final completion. That means owning the budget, the schedule, the client relationship, and the trades on site. You'll be supported by a site manager on the ground and report to the Operations Manager.

This suits someone who has been doing contract administration for a few years and wants the step up, or someone already project managing onsite and wants some variety between site and the office.

What you'll own

- Project budgets and margin, from letting the trades through to final cost report
- Programme and delivery dates, including calling out delays before they become problems
- The client relationship, along with strata committees, building managers, and consultants
- Subcontractor engagement, quotes, purchase orders, and payments
- Progress claims and pricing variations
- Site coordination alongside the site manager,



including safety and quality expectations
- Approvals, compliance documentation, and design work required under the Design and Building Practitioners Act
- Handover, defects, and close out

What you'll need

- Four or more years in a delivery or contract administration role with a residential or remedial builder
- A track record of bringing projects in on budget and on time
- Strong written communication. A lot of this role is correspondence
- Confidence dealing directly with clients and strata, including the hard conversations
- Valuable grasp of building contracts, claims, and variations
- Tertiary qualification in construction management or similar is well regarded but not essential
- White card and a current driver's licence

Pay: $60,000.00 – $124,765.23 per year
