Señor Habibis is looking for a passionate and reliable Chef or experienced Cook to join our growing kitchen team.

This is a hands-on role for someone who genuinely loves food, communicates clearly and takes pride in every plate. We need someone who can work efficiently during busy service, contribute ideas and support the team without ego or unnecessary drama.

About the Role

- Full-time position of approximately 45 hours per week/ part time and casual shifts avail
- Immediate start available for the right person.
- Venue closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
- Hands-on preparation and service role.
- Work with Middle Eastern, Mediterranean and Turkish-inspired food.
- Help maintain quality, consistency and presentation.
- Contribute ideas as the menu and business continue to grow.
- Maintain excellent cleanliness and food-safety standards.

What We’re Looking For

- Commercial kitchen experience.
- Experience with Middle Eastern cuisine is highly regarded.
- A genuine passion for food and hospitality.
- Strong preparation, organisation and time-management skills.
- The ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure.
- A serious work ethic and willingness to take initiative.

- Excellent communication with the kitchen, front of house and ownership.
- A positive, team-first attitude.

- The ability to commute reliably to Terrigal.
