We're a private dental clinic in Croydon, Melbourne, looking for a motivated General Dentist to join our friendly and collaborative team. This is a great opportunity for a dentist who values quality care, modern dentistry, and the chance to build long-term patient relationships in a supportive, non-corporate environment.

The Role

- Must be confident in providing all-round general dental care
- Develop personalised treatment plans based on individual patient needs
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventative care, and long-term oral health
- Collaborate closely with dental assistants and the wider team to deliver excellent patient care
- Maintain accurate clinical records and high professional standards
- Adhere to infection control and safety protocols
- Stay up to date with advancements in dentistry and ongoing professional development

About You — Essential

- Registered General Dentist with current AHPRA registration (no conditions or restrictions)
- Victorian radiation licence and Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Legal working rights in Australia (citizenship,



permanent residency, or valid work visa)

About You — Preferred

- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, professional chairside manner
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, team-oriented attitude
