SHIFT DETAILS:

Day Shift

- Monday – Thursday: 6:00 am – 3:00 pm

- Friday: 6:00 am – 12:00 pm

Afternoon Shift

- Monday – Thursday: 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm

- Friday: 12:00 pm – 6:00 pm

ROLE OVERVIEW

Your primary role will be as a General Hand crew member. This is a dynamic and hands-on position that offers a variety of tasks—no two days will be the same.

You’ll have the opportunity to work across multiple production areas, depending on workload and customer needs. These areas may include:

- Industrial blasting

- Powder coating

- Surface preparation

- Cleaning

- Packaging

This role may involve manual handling and heavy lifting, so a reasonable level of physical fitness is required.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED

- Previous experience in the paint/coatings industry (highly regarded)

- General handyman/labour experience (highly regarded)

- Proficiency with hand and air tools (highly regarded)





- Current forklift ticket (highly regarded)

- Outstanding work ethic and attitude

- Keen eye for detail and commitment to quality workmanship

SUCCESFULL APPLICANTS WILL HAVE

- Good presentation

- Must be punctual, reliable, and available for shift work as above

- Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment

- A great attitude to work and helping others

- Creative thinker/problem solver

- Keen to learn trade skills

LOCATION: St Marys.

REMUNERATION:

- Negotiable based on experience and skills
