The role
We need an experienced microcement and venetian plaster applicator who takes pride in a flawless finish. You will work across residential and commercial sites on the Gold Coast, preparing surfaces and applying premium decorative finishes to a premium standard.
What you will be doing
- Surface preparation, priming, mesh and basecoat systems
- Applying microcement and venetian plaster to floors, walls, wet areas and benchtops
- Trowel work, sanding and sealing to a seamless, high-end finish
- Colour matching and consistency across large surfaces
- Keeping sites clean, protected and professional
- Working to timelines and quality standards without cutting corners
What you need
- Proven microcement and venetian plaster experience (non-negotiable)
- Your own reliable transport
- Your own tools
- A strong eye for detail and a genuine pride in your finish
- Reliable, punctual and easy to work with on site
- Right to work in Australia
