About the Opportunity

Have you recently finished Year 10, 11 or 12 and are looking for a hands-on career?

Join our Parks and Open Spaces team as a Trainee – Horticulture and earn valuable workplace experience while completing a Certificate II in Horticulture.

Working alongside experienced team members, you'll learn how to maintain parks, gardens and public spaces while developing practical skills that will set you up for a career in horticulture.

No previous experience is required—just a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and an interest in working outdoors.

About You

- Enjoys working outdoors.
- Is reliable and eager to learn.
- Has an interest in horticulture.
- Works well in a team.

Eligibility

To apply, you must:

- Be 15 years of age or older.
- Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.




- Not already hold a qualification in the same or a related field.
