We are looking to shake up the Telecom industry. We supply, buyback and manage multi-vendor telecom hardware for Global Telecom and Internet Service Providers.

We have an opening for a Warehouse Operative. We don't expect you to know everything about the industry (we are still learning everyday after 15 years) we're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Operative to join our warehouse team to strengthen our fast growing operation of our warehouse facility. You will need attention to detail as you are the final person that sees the item before it is shipped to our customers.

We therefore need someone who is up for the challenge and has a desire to drive the business forward alongside us.

To give you an idea of what you’ll be up to in this role, you will pick, test, pack and ship orders. In the long term you will have the chance to do rotations in other areas of the business.

Responsibilities:

- Inventory Management: Maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting regular stock checks, and implementing strategies to minimise stock loss and optimise stock levels.
- Order Fulfilment: Overseeing the efficient picking, packing, and dispatch of orders,



ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Receiving and Storage: Managing the receipt and storage of goods, ensuring proper handling and storage procedures are followed.
- Logistics and Transportation: Coordinating with transportation providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities for improvement in warehouse operations and implementing changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Reporting: Providing regular reports on warehouse performance, including key metrics such as order fulfilment rates, inventory accuracy, and cost per unit.
- Forklift License

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Warehouse Operative or in a similar leadership role.
- Excellent knowledge of warehouse operations and best practices.
- Experience with inventory management systems and processes.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Must be able to lift heavy items.
- Must have a willingness to learn
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year

- Warehouse experience: 1 year (Preferred)
