The Position

We are seeking PCAs with 1+ years of experience in the role.

This position will include tasks such as:

· Provide hands-on assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal support

· Aid in patient mobility, such as helping with transfers and positioning

· Facilitate communication between patients, families, and healthcare professionals

· Contribute to individualised care planning and implementation

· Implement strategies to support patients with cognitive impairments or behavioural challenges

· Monitor and document changes in patient condition, reporting concerns promptly





· Support medication management as directed by licensed healthcare providers

· Collaborate with therapeutic staff to reinforce treatment goals

· Promote patient independence and dignity throughout care delivery

Requirements

To be considered for this role you will require:

· 1+ years of experience working as a PCA

· The role will be FULL TIME with a minimum with 76 hours per fortnight

· Cert III in Individual Support

· High attention to detail

· Easy going and caring personality

· Diligent and hard worker

· Excellent communication skills

· Willingness to relocate and live in regional South Australia

· Current police check

· 3 X doses Covid and current flu season vaccination

· Must be willing to be rostered pertaining to their duty hours

· MUST BE LIVING IN AUSTRALIA

Pay: $37.00 – $38.00 per hour
