What will you do?

- Provide daily living support and community access for people with disabilities.
- Offer compassionate care and support to participants with mental health needs.
- Gain exposure to complex mental health diagnoses (if qualified).
- Positive communication and reinforcement when working with participants.
- Support community access and social participation

Are you the right fit?

- Have at least 2 years experience in residential care workplace
- At least a Diploma Degree or higher in relevant field.
- Highly resilient and adaptable.
- Excellent communicator.




- Able to provide empathetic support.
- Knowledge of sensory and cognitive needs.

Desired Skills

- Trauma-informed care experience.
- Experience working with complex mental health conditions.
- Positive behaviour support plan experience.
- Driver's license and reliable vehicle.
