360 Personnel is currently seeking experienced Civil Labourers to join a leading civil construction company working on infrastructure projects based in Caboolture. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with a well-established contractor delivering major civil projects across South East Queensland.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general civil labouring duties across road, infrastructure and construction projects.
- Assist with trenching, excavation and pipe installation.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Complete manual handling, site preparation and site clean-up duties.
- Assist plant operators and tradespeople as required.
- Spot machinery and work safely around mobile plant.
- Follow site plans and supervisor instructions.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to all WHS requirements.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Previous experience working as a Civil Labourer.
- White Card (Construction Industry).
- Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport.
- Ability to perform physically demanding manual work.
- Experience using hand and power tools.
- Strong understanding of workplace health and safety.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and follow directions.
Highly Regarded
- MR or HR Driver's Licence but not mandatory
- Civil machinery tickets (Roller, Skid Steer, Excavator, Loader, etc.).
- Confined Space, Working at Heights or Traffic Management tickets.
