Jeffersons Timber Flooring is a well-established flooring company with a reputation for quality workmanship and exceptional service. We're looking for a motivated Subfloor Preparation Specialist to join our experienced team.

Your role will include:

- Slab moisture and level surveys
- Floor levelling and self-levelling compounds
- Concrete grinding and surface preparation
- Flooding
- Floor repairs
- Removal of existing flooring and subfloors
- Installation of timber and sheet subfloors
- Preparing sites for premium timber floor installations

We're looking for someone who:

- Has experience in subfloor preparation,



concrete grinding, levelling and flooring
- Takes pride in producing high-quality work
- Is reliable, punctual and motivated
- Holds a current driver's licence
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Has a strong work ethic and attention to detail

- Public Liability Insurance
- Workers Compensation Insurance (where applicable)
- Their own basic PPE
