Cleaner – Art School | Carnegie | $100 per Service

Art Academica is looking for a reliable and detail-focused cleaner for our Van Gogh Campus in Carnegie.

This is a versatile contractor opportunity with the potential to take on additional Art Academica locations after six months if the work is consistently completed to a high standard.

Location:
Art Academica – Van Gogh Campus
64 Rosstown Road, Carnegie VIC

Payment:
$100 per completed cleaning service
Contractor position – a valid ABN is required.

Flexible hours:
Cleaning can be completed on an agreed weekday, Monday to Friday, between 10:00 am and 3:00 pm. Done fortnightly.

Main responsibilities:

- Vacuuming and mopping floors
- Cleaning and sanitising toilets
- Wiping tables and other surfaces
- Emptying general waste and recycling bins
- Correctly separating and disposing of rubbish and recycling
- Checking that the campus is clean, tidy and ready for students
- Reporting any damage, maintenance concerns or low cleaning supplies

All cleaning products and equipment will be provided.

What we are looking for:





- Strong attention to detail
- Reliability and good time management(important!)
- Ability to work independently
- Own car and reliable transport
- Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred (but not nessesary)
- Police check, public liability insurance and references will be highly regarded
- Cleaning companies and individual cleaners are welcome to apply

This role may suit an experienced cleaner or cleaning company interested in developing an ongoing relationship with a growing art school. Additional campus locations may be offered after six months, subject to performance and availability.
