About the role:

Enrolled Nurse

- Deliver nursing care under RN supervision: medication admin, wound and chronic disease management, assessments
- Support with personal hygiene, mobility, meal prep, and daily routines
- Promote community participation and emotional wellbeing
- Monitor health status and escalate clinical concerns
- Maintain clear records and collaborate with clients, families, and care teams
- Commit to continuous learning and uphold clinical excellence




- Proactively communicate with the Director regarding risks or concerns

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience in community, aged care, or disability support
- Strong interpersonal, emotional intelligence, and documentation skills
- AHPRA unrestricted registration
- Blue Card
- Yellow Card
- Police Check (within 12 months)
- First Aid & CPR certificates
- Proof of MMR, Tetanus, Hep B and COVID-19 vaccinations
- Valid driver’s licence and a reliable, clean and insured vehicle
