Bolla Milano is looking for an experienced Baker to join our growing team.
We're searching for someone who is passionate about baking, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, organised, and committed to producing high-quality products every day.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a baker is essential.
- Confident working independently and managing early morning production.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently under pressure.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Must be available to start at 4:30 AM.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and baking our daily range of products.
- Mixing, shaping, proofing, and baking dough.
- Maintaining high quality and presentation standards.
- Keeping the bakery clean and organised.
- Following food safety procedures at all times.
