Hours Available
Expect a range of 3 - 12 hours per week over the following shifts:
- High school students looking for their first job (must be at least 16 years old)
- University students seeking part-time work
- Parents wanting short shifts that fit around family life
- Early childhood educators who love working with children
- Lifeguards looking for additional hours in the aquatic industry
- Squad swimmers wanting to share their passion for swimming
- Anyone passionate about helping children feel safe, confident, and happy in the water
No Experience? No Problem!
No previous experience is necessary.
We can help you gain the qualifications you need to start your career as a swim instructor.
Required Qualifications:
- Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Current CPR Certificate
Preferred (but not essential):
- Current First Aid Certificate
We provide training, support, and mentorship to help the right candidates become confident and successful instructors. If you have a passion for working with children and a love for the water, we'd love to hear from you!

Job Type: Casual
Pay: $20.00 – $40.00 per hour
