We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Supervisor to join our Front of House leadership team.

About the role

As Floor Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the Venue Manager with the day-to-day operation of the venue while leading the Front of House team during service.

You will ensure our guests receive outstanding service while maintaining high operational standards across our café, restaurant and events business.

Key responsibilities

- Supervise and lead the Front of House team during service.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable guest experiences.
- Lead by example through a hands-on approach to service.
- Ensure high standards of presentation, cleanliness and operational excellence.
- Support the Venue Manager with daily operations and team performance.
- Assist with staff training and coaching.
- Handle guest enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Maintain compliance with company policies,



RSA requirements and food safety standards.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a busy café, restaurant or hospitality venue.
- The ability to perform under pressure while maintaining a calm and professional approach.
- Outstanding customer service skills and a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Impeccable personal presentation.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- A reliable, punctual and professional work ethic.
- A positive attitude with the ability to motivate and support your team.
- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, evenings and public holidays as required.
- Current NSW RSA and full Australian working rights.
