Bbqwerribee is seeking a capable and driven Restaurant Supervisor to join our passionate and dedicated team. This is an opportunity for somebody who wants to continue their development in the hospitality industry, with a view to becoming a Venue Manager in the future.

What you'll be doing

- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure good communication between FOH and BOH
- Assist with inventory management, ordering, and stock control
- Manage reservation systems (around 100 seats), handle customer inquiries and feedback
- Contribute to the overall success of the restaurant by implementing operational improvements and fostering a positive work environment
- Maintaining high levels of cleanliness in all areas of the venue

What we're looking for





- Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role
- Inherent service and hospitality skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team with confidence and respect
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, making good decisions under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid work ethic, good character, determination
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and demands
- A desire for self-development and self-improvement
