The Role

Working in collaborative teams of 3 to 4 people across our 12 assembly stations, your daily responsibilities will include:

- Assembling high-quality steel trusses and wall frames to company standards.
- Utilising hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Packing finished products securely for transport.
- Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe workstation.
- Meeting daily production targets and expectations.

About You

No formal experience is required,



as we will teach you everything you need to know! However, you will be a perfect fit if you have:

- Physical Fitness: Comfortable with heavy lifting and standing on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
- A Great Attitude: A reliable team player with a "can-do" mindset and a strong sense of urgency.
- Tool Knowledge: Previous experience using basic hand or power tools is a major advantage (but not essential).
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the desire to build a career in a growing industry.

Available Shifts & Pay Rates

Choose the roster that best fits your lifestyle (all shifts feature a paid lunch break):

(38hours minimum per week) overtime occasionally offered, but never mandatory.

- Day Shift: Monday to Thursday 6:00 AM – 1:30 PM, Friday 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM. Starting rate: $33.05/hr
- Afternoon Shift: Monday to Thursday 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Friday 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM. Starting rate: $38.00/hr

Job Types: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $33.05 – $38.00 per hour
