Job Description:

Disability Support Worker – Casual

Location: Riverstone, NSW

Pay Rate: $40 per hour (inclusive of casual loading, excluding superannuation)

Available shift hours- Wed and Thurs 12PM - 3PM, Fri 2PM-5PM, Sat 12PM - 5PM

Employment Type: Casual

We are seeking a Disability Support Worker in the Riverstone area who can support participants with daily living activities including personal hygiene cares, mobility and transfers while promoting independence and well-being.

No prior experience is required; training will be provided. We welcome applicants who are reliable, compassionate, and willing to learn.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide person-centred support to participants
- Assist with all daily living activities
- Support the participant with community access activities (outings, social engagement, appointments, etc.)
- Encourage independence, social interaction, and engagement
- Maintain transparent communication and shift notes

Requirements

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)




- First Aid & CPR Certificate (or willing to obtain)
- Reliable and positive attitude
- Strong communication skills and a positive, friendly personality
