Adecco’s Corporate Services Team is recruiting on behalf of a well-established and rapidly growing education and migration consultancy to recruit an experienced Registered Migration Agent (MARA) for one of its Sydney Offices.

- Office location: Pitt Street, Sydney CBD
- Work arrangement: 5 days in office
- Salary: AUD80,000 to AUD100,000 + super + quarterly performance bonuses

Responsibilities

As a Registered Migration Agent (MARA), you will play a key role in delivering expert migration advice and managing a diverse range of Australian visa applications. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the migration process, ensuring all applications are prepared and lodged accurately while maintaining full compliance with Australian migration legislation and professional standards.

Working closely with clients, education consultants, and the operations team, you will provide tailored migration solutions and contribute to the continued success of a growing and reputable migration practice.

Provide professional migration advice in accordance with Australian migration legislation, regulations, and the Migration Agents Code of Conduct.

- Assess client eligibility across various Australian visa pathways and migration programs.
- Prepare, review, lodge, and manage visa applications, including:
- Student Visas (Subclass 500)




- Temporary Graduate Visas
- Skilled Migration Visas
- Employer-Sponsored Visas
- Partner and Family Visas
- Visitor Visas and other temporary visa categories
- Conduct migration consultations and provide personalised immigration strategies based on client circumstances.
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the visa application process.
- Liaise with the Department of Home Affairs and other relevant government authorities on behalf of clients.
- Ensure all applications and supporting documentation are accurate, compliant, and lodged within required timeframes.
- Maintain detailed client records and update case management systems and CRM platforms.
- Collaborate with the education counselling team to provide advice on migration pathways and post-study opportunities.
- Stay informed of changes to migration legislation, policies, and procedures and ensure best practice is maintained at all times.
Contribute to client acquisition initiatives, business growth, and service excellence.

Your Profile

- Current registration as an Australian Registered Migration Agent (MARA).
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in Australian migration consulting and visa case management.
- Strong knowledge of Australian migration law, visa regulations, and Department of Home Affairs processes.
- Proven experience managing a diverse range of visa applications from consultation through to decision.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills.
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines and compliance requirements.
- Experience using migration practice management software and CRM systems (preferred).
- Full Australian working rights.
An advantage but not mandatory: experience dealing with clients from the Indian & Nepali markets.
