You will have the resilience to adapt to a constantly evolving environment and the ability to be versatile depending on operational demands.

Reporting directly to the Harvest Manager, this position requires the successful applicant to have sound knowledge and experience in all aspects of vegetable farming (baby leaf is advantageous). You will be responsible for the supervision of all harvesting operations.

Duties Include but not limited to:

- Liaising with the Harvest Manager to ensure daily production requirements are fulfilled.
- Staff management & supervision
- Assisting with estimation of crop yields
- Assisting with planning & management of harvesting processes
- Ensuring products are consistently produced according to quality standards
- Supporting the training of harvest employees




- Maintain records of all harvesting and matters relating to crop quality and procedures
- The ability to work nights (approx. 3:00pm – 3:00am depending on Seasons)

Job Requirements—Education, Training, Experience:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience managing staff
- Experience in vegetable farming is advantageous
- Computer skills using Microsoft Office.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions.
- Shift work will be required depending on the Season
- Attention to detail is a must.
- Hands on, energetic and pro-activity is a must.
