RAG Facades is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineering Technician to join our expert team based in Perth CBD.
About the Role:
You’ll play a key role in supporting the design, development, and implementation of our structural systems, working closely with our in-house engineering and project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with design development, testing, and analysis of mechanical systems.
- Interpret and work from technical drawings
- Conduct equipment and system inspections, quality checks, and testing
- Collaborate with project engineers to prepare reports and documentation
- Provide occasional onsite technical support.
What You’ll Need:
- A Certificate IV, Diploma, or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering Technician or 3 years of relevant work experience
- Minimum 12 months industry experience, ideally in construction or mechanical design
- Strong technical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- A proactive attitude and ability to work as part of a collaborative team
