Key Responsibilities:

- Operate the switchboard, answering and directing calls professionally.
- Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a positive experience.
- Manage correspondence, including incoming and outgoing mail.
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of conference/boardrooms




- Participate in training and work-related events.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Exceptional communication and a professional telephone manner.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Self-motivated with a keen interest in the automotive industry.
- Current Driver's Licence.
