About Us: Untitled Cafe is a bustling, community-focused cafe known for exceptional coffee, fresh food, and friendly service. We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming atmosphere for our regulars and a supportive, fast-paced workplace for our team. The role we are looking for is an energetic Barista / All-Rounder to join our team. You will split your time between crafting excellent coffee and keeping the front-of-house running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

- Dial in coffee grinders daily.
- Texturise milk perfectly at high speed.
- Pour consistent latte art under pressure.
- Welcome customers warmly and take orders.
- Operate the POS system and handle cash accurately.
- Deliver food and drinks to tables efficiently.
- Transparent and wipe tables to maintain cleanliness.
- Wash dishes and restock supplies during quiet periods.

What We Are Looking For





- Minimum 1–2 years of fast-paced barista experience.
- Strong milk texturing and espresso extraction skills.
- Punctual and reliable work ethic.
- Bright and bubbly personality that builds customer rapport.
- Ability to multitask efficiently during peak morning rushes.
- Availability for weekend shifts is essential.
