As a full time , permanent Solicitor or Associate in our Helensvale Personal Injury team, that commitment begins with you. You'll have the opportunity to make a real difference for those who have been wronged while building meaningful relationships with clients during some of the most challenging periods of their lives.

Joining a growing office, you'll work closely with experienced senior practitioners who are genuinely invested in your development. With direct mentorship and exposure to a diverse range of Personal Injury matters, you'll continue building your technical expertise.

- Provide high-quality legal advice and representation to clients seeking compensation.
- Manage a variety of personal injury matters with professionalism, empathy, and discretion.
- Deliver clear, tailored legal advice that aligns with each client's level of understanding.
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients through regular, transparent communication and effective expectation management.
- Prepare and review legal documentation with precision and attention to detail.
- Manage your own file load efficiently, demonstrating strong organisational and commercial awareness.

What you’ll bring

To thrive in this role, you’ll:





- A Bachelor of Laws with a current practising certificate.
- Pre or post-admission experience in personal injury law (e.g. workers’ compensation and/or transport accident matters, or similar).
- Have a passion for social justice and a thirst for knowledge in the plaintiff law space.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Be dedicated to delivering exceptional client service, with an emphasis on helping people when they need it most.
- Be able to effectively manage multiple competing deadlines, within a fast-paced setting.
