What you'll do:

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that support business growth and brand awareness.
- Manage SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimise marketing activities using analytics and data insights.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and technology teams to deliver engaging digital campaigns.
- Manage content planning, website marketing, and online customer engagement initiatives.
- Oversee digital marketing budgets and ensure efficient campaign spending.
- Identify new digital trends, technologies, and growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
- Prepare marketing reports and present campaign performance recommendations.
- Lead, mentor,



and support the digital marketing team while encouraging innovation and collaboration.

Requirements:

- Experience in digital marketing, online advertising, brand management, communications, or a related field is beneficial.
- Previous management or team leadership experience is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media platforms, email marketing, and digital analytics.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills.
- Experience managing multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
