Casual Section Waiters | a'Mare & Vista'Mare at Crown Sydney

Join the team at a'Mare and Vista'Mare, two exceptional venues within the iconic Italian dining precinct at Crown Sydney.

We are looking for experienced and passionate Casual Section Waiters to deliver genuine hospitality and exceptional service across both venues. If you thrive in a premium dining setting, have a passion for Italian food and wine, and enjoy creating memorable guest experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

Essential Requirements

- Full Australian working rights
- Current NSW RSA Certificate
- Minimum 1–2 years' experience as a Section Waiter in a premium restaurant
- Fluent English with excellent communication skills
- Confident food and wine knowledge with the ability to make pairing recommendations
- Experience using POS systems
- Excellent grooming and presentation
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Willingness to complete a Crown police compliance check

Preferred Requirements

- Experience in Italian restaurants or fine dining
- Formal hospitality training
- Knowledge of Italian wines and regional Italian cuisine
- Experience using SevenRooms or similar reservation systems
- Italian language skills are a bonus

Key Responsibilities

- Manage your own section with confidence and professionalism
- Deliver attentive, personalised service from greeting through to farewell
- Provide knowledgeable food and wine recommendations to enhance the guest experience
- Ensure your section is clean, organised,



and fully prepared before and throughout service
- Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and management team to deliver seamless service
- Maintain the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
- Assist with opening, closing, and general operational duties as required
