What's on Offer?
- Up to $42 per hour + Super (depending on experience)
- 38-hour week worked across just 4 days
- Monday to Thursday | 6:30am - 4:30pm

Your Responsibilities
- Powder coat metal components to a high-quality finish
- Prepare, clean and mask components ready for coating
- Operate powder coating equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe work area
- Work collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines
About You
To be successful, you will have:
- Previous powder coating experience (essential)
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
- A strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality
- The ability to work 10-hour shifts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team
